Nova Iskra Studio has conducted specially designed training for the team of managers from the Kazakhstan office. Unique challenges were related to the specific local and regional circumstances and were defining the activities conducted for the participants. 
Nova Iskra was in charge of designing and conducting a presentation and a workshop, aimed at empowering employees for teamwork, identifying problems and challenges, creating innovative solutions and knowledge transfer, while also implementing strategic goals through multidisciplinary, interactive and user-oriented processes.

The participants gained new insights and valuable tools that will be used in defining team culture and user-oriented solutions in various departments, which are mainly engaged in improving service and experience of the users in the fields of pharmaceutical industry and healthcare in Kazakhstan.
