Numerous studies show that teams are far more likely to innovate, recognize mistakes faster and more easily, and develop better solutions to challenges and problems. At the same time, we know from experience that working in a team can be stressful, exhausting, and ineffective. We will explore the probable causes of this and present practical strategies for developing and maintaining positive team dynamics, which is essential to the successful development of businesses, startups, and organizations.

DESIGN THINKING & USER CENTERED METHODS

Design thinking has been employed for decades in the process of developing products and services that address the specific needs of consumers and the market. At the same time, this method has proven to be extremely useful in the process of solving complex social, economic, or environmental challenges that require multidisciplinary and intersectoral approaches in the process of designing long-term solutions that consider multiple perspectives. This workshop provides insights and tools for using this strategy in various creative and innovative activities.
