Nova Iskra was invited to facilitate The Western Balkans Startup Alliance (WBSA) meeting and moderate a workshop for its Board of Advisors. Since its formation in 2022, WBSA has implemented several activities, created an organizational structure, defined areas of activity, and created a communication platform.
The founding members (hubs) of the WBSA have gathered in the past years on numerous occasions and supported each other on different projects and events. The WBSA meeting was conceived to welcome five new members, update on realized activities, and plan future strategies. 
More than 30 representatives from the startup support organizations from the Western Balkan have gathered in Tirana to connect, share knowledge, and contribute to the further development of the Alliance.
